With the recent emergence of e-commerce, Sharon has implemented several web enabled customer contact center operations for high tech clients in Silicon Valley.

Sharon successfully designed and implemented customer call centers utilizing advanced technology to improve productivity and develop leading edge customer information systems for Apple Computer and Sprint.

She is an accredited Consultant for Avaya Systems, Nortel Networks and is a member of Women in Telecommunications.

She is profiled in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who of American Women, and Who’s Who in the West for her active role in the telecommunications industry.

She is a featured speaker on call center trends at user forums and conferences nationally.

She brings a worldview to business issues as she has traveled extensively and worked in Australia for seven years.

Sharon holds a MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, and a Diploma of Education from Monash University, Victoria, Australia and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
